2. Two ways to order
Fixed-price offers: these can be ordered directly on the site. The displayed price is a starting price; the total price is shown before the order is confirmed.
Custom projects: these are quoted free of charge; quotes are valid for 20 days. You are free to accept or not; it only binds you once you agree in writing (email or WhatsApp) and pay the deposit.
Before confirming, you can review your order details and total price and correct any errors.
3. Price and payment
Prices are stated in CFA francs (FCFA). US dollar amounts are given for information only.
Two instalments: 50% deposit at the start, 50% on delivery. Work begins once the deposit is received.
Payment methods: Wave, Orange Money or card, depending on the options offered when you order.
Final files are handed over once the balance is paid.
4. Process, revisions and timelines
Work starts as soon as the deposit is received. Timelines are indicative and depend on you providing your content (copy, photos, logo, access).
Two rounds of feedback are included per deliverable. Additional or out-of-scope requests are quoted separately, subject to your approval.
Without news from you for 30 days, the project is paused; it resumes when you return, subject to the studio’s availability.
5. Digital delivery
Deliverables are provided digitally (files or publication online), in the formats set out in the offer or quote. Delivery takes place when files are sent or the site goes live.
You have 7 days after delivery to report a defect compared with what was agreed; it is fixed at no cost.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Before work starts: you may cancel and your deposit is refunded, less any transaction fees charged by the payment method.
Once work has started: the deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time already spent on your project. The work completed up to cancellation is handed over, and the balance is not owed.
Before cancelling, let’s talk: a pause, a change of scope or a postponement is often possible.
These rules apply without prejudice to any rights granted to you by law, particularly as a consumer.
7. Monthly maintenance
Maintenance is a monthly subscription with no minimum term. It includes regular site checks, technical updates, small fixes and email or WhatsApp support up to 2 hours per month.
It is paid in advance each month and can be stopped at any time, effective at the end of the current month. A month already started is not refunded.
8. Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you may freely use the final creations, in any medium and worldwide, for your business. Unselected concepts, working files and the studio’s tools remain the studio’s property unless otherwise agreed.
You warrant that you hold the rights to the content you provide (logo, photos, copy).
The studio may show the project in its portfolio unless you ask it not to.
9. Liability
The studio performs its services with care. It is not liable for third-party services (host, payment provider, platforms) or for how deliverables are used. Except in case of gross negligence, its liability is limited to the amount paid for the service concerned.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Senegalese law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution is sought first. Failing that, the courts of Saint-Louis (Senegal) have jurisdiction. For clients outside Senegal, mandatory rules of their country may also apply.
