2. Data collected
Guided brief: name, email, preferred contact method, phone number if provided, brand name and industry, description, goals, target audience, services needed, visual preferences, indicative budget and timeline (optional), free-text message and attachments.
Call booking: name, phone number, chosen slot and call topic.
Orders: name, contact details, order and payment details. Card data is processed directly by the payment provider and is never stored by the studio.
Please do not attach sensitive data (health, opinions, etc.) or identity documents.
3. Purposes
Responding to your request, preparing a quote, organising the call, performing and invoicing the service, and client follow-up. Your data is not sold or used for advertising.
4. Recipients and tools
Only Mamadou Seck accesses your data. It passes through reputable online services (site hosting, email, calendar, Wave / Orange Money / card payment) and WhatsApp if you choose that channel.
Some of these services may store data outside Senegal. They are chosen from providers offering a recognised level of protection.
5. Retention
Enquiries that go nowhere and their attachments are deleted 12 months after the last exchange. Client data is kept during the relationship, then 3 years. Invoices are kept for 10 years.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, and object to its processing on legitimate grounds, by writing to seckmamadou2506@gmail.com. Reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Senegalese Data Protection Commission (cdp.sn).
If you live in the EU or the UK, you also have the rights provided by the GDPR, which you can exercise at the same address.
7. Security
The studio takes reasonable measures to protect your data: access limited to one person, accounts protected by password and two-factor authentication, reputable tools.
